2012 Furnished Rental Cabins
Season: (Approximately mid April (call) -Oct 31st)
Cabins with pristine lake views. This private, serene area at the north shore of Lake Almanor is near some of the best fishing spots on the lake. Comfortably furnished lodging cabins with kitchens, bathroom with shower, color televisions with cable, some with spacious wooden decks, picnic tables and BBQ. Kitchenware provided. Three-day minimum on day rentals.
Cabins
Three comfortably furnished one bedroom cabins, sleeps four to six, queen size bed in bedroom, some with lofts, sofa bed, mirrored wardrobes, cathedral ceilings, plenty of storage and cabinet space, full kitchen, shower/bathtub, skylight, ceiling fan, and gorgeous views of lake.
Day – $125.00 Week – $750.00 (Excluding Holidays)
Studio Cabins
Five studio-sized cabins, sleeps two to four, full size bed and bunk beds, private bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, kitchenette, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, and beautiful views of lake.
Day – $75.00 Week – $450.00 (Excluding Holidays)
CHECK OUT TIME 10:00 AM. – CHECK IN TIME 3:00PM
DEPOSITS:
50% of scheduled rate deposit required for all reservations or 3 day minimum (whichever is greater).
CANCELLATION:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation we will refund your confirmation deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation charge per Cabin, if your written cancellation request is made more than 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation requests made within 60 days of your arrival forfeit the entire amount paid. (If, however, we are able to fill the unused portion of your reservation, that portion sold to your account will be refunded.) If you arrive later than the scheduled arrival date or if you must leave before the scheduled departure date, the entire reserved period will be charged.
Guests, daily and weekly rates are subject to a county bed tax (Transient Occupancy Tax) of nine percent (9%). Customers who stay thirty-one (31) days or longer are not subject to this tax.
A one time cabin cleaning fee of $25.00 is charged for stays of 3 days or longer.
We are a Pet Friendly resort, your pet is welcome at Big Springs Resort, but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Only two pets are permitted per cabin. The charge for each pet is $20.00 per stay.
