50% of scheduled rate deposit required for all reservations or three day minimum.
Please notify manager at least 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival date in order to
receive a deposit refund. A minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply for each RV
space.
Guests, daily and weekly rates are subject to a county bed tax (Transient Occupancy Tax)
of nine percent (9%). Customers who stay thirty-one (31) days or longer are not subject to
this tax.
Pets are welcome at Big Springs Resort, but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up
after.
