Please notify manager at least 30 days in advance of cancellation. A minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply.

Guests, daily and weekly rates are subject to a county bed tax (Transient Occupancy Tax) of nine percent (9%). Customers who stay thirty-one (31) days or longer are not subject to this tax.

We are a Pet Friendly resort, your pet is welcome at Big Springs Resort, but must be leashed at all times. and cleaned up after.
